Any business/organization in the Texas Panhandle is welcome to the Amarillo/Potter/Randall Emergency Operations Center.  The main purpose of the group is to network, discuss recent emergencies/disasters, and enhance business/local government emergency planning.  The group meets every other month, on the second Thursday at 8AM-9AM at the EOC (808 S.
